tonight i put on the dry rub; sea salt, brown sugar, garlic, onion, chilies

its been a long time since i've used a charcoal grill. almost forgot how to keep that shit burning.
11:15am
fipped and rotated it a couple times now. its starting to come together. the turkey is in the oven now too.
1:00pm-ish
i have nothing to say here. only a few hours to go.
3:00pm
Took the bad boy off the grill. It is basicly falling apart right now.
first taste, with some sweet onion bbq sauce!!!
time to kick thanksgivings ass.
